BOWL-A-THON
Great medium sized fundraiser for groups with approx. 100 – 150 People.
HOW IT WORKS:
Each person receives a pledge form to use to raise funds.
1. Set a date
2. Get a pledge form
3. Raise funds
4. Come out and bowl.
We will set up challenge shots for you on 24 lanes in our centre. Some easy and some not so easy.
Offer incentives: prize for highest score, most funds raised, etc.
Your bowling package can be custom fit for your group. Choose bowling only or add a food package.
The amount raised for your fundraiser will depend on the pledges received, number of particpants, and the bowling package you choose.
Event will run between 2 & 3 hours.
Example:
Bowling = $9.00 Per person
Members raise $50.00 each - $9.00 (Cost) = $41.00 X 100 people = $4,100.00 Profit. |

MONEY-MAKER
Great for medium to smaller size groups looking for a fun fundraiser.
HOW IT WORKS:
Once date, time and cost is determined, the group can decide how much to sell their tickets for.
Packages can be for bowling only or can include food.
Group can also run a 50/50 and silent auction for added monies.
Example:
Sell tickets for $20.00
Each
Bowling cost = $9.00 per person
$20.00 - $9.00 (Cost) = $11.00
Profit per person.
$11.00 X 50 people = $550.00 Profit
$11.00 X 100 people = $1,100.00 Profit
$11.00 X 200 people = $2,200.00 Profit
For social food package add $2.50 Per person. Head count for social package is required and charged at a flat rate.

CORPORATE LANE SELL
For larger organizations that want to raise money for a charity or cause, community centre, school foundations, hospitals, etc.
This type of fundraiser is great because a large amount of money can be raised in a few hours.
HOW IT WORKS:
Goal is to sell 30 lanes to 30 businesses.
Your organization sells a lane for $100, $200 or $500 (you decide how much) to a business who besides getting a tax deductible expense, can send 6 guests to a very special "gala party".
The 3 hour gala fundraiser allows you to run a grand event with special treatment for your corporate groups. You can chose to include prizes, 50/50, silent auction, etc.
A corporate lane purchase entitles the business to send 6 guests to your gala fundraiser which includes bowling, shoe rental, 1 large pizza and a pitcher of pop.
Your organization can provide business banners for each corporation and we can post these on the lane they have purchased as advertising.
Examples:
3 Hour lane rental, large pizza & pitcher of pop = $80.00 Cost per lane.
Sell corporate lane $150.00 - $80.00 (Cost) = $70.00 X 30 lanes = $2,100.00 Profit.
Sell corporate lane $200.00 - $80.00 (Cost) = $120.00 X 30 lanes = $3,600.00 Profit.
Sell corporate lane $300.00 - $80.00 (Cost) = $220.00 X 30 lanes = $6,600.00 Profit.
